Return & Exchange

At fashionalot.com, your satisfaction is what we strive for. We are fully confident you will be pleased with your product and the speed and quality of service. Our job does not end when you click buy. We understand that each client's needs are unique, therefore, are ready to handle any problems that arise.

 

We accept returns for replacement or refund for the following reasons:

 1. Wrong Items

 2. Damaged/Faulty Items 

 3. Dissatisfaction

 

In order to return your products, send an E-mail to rma@fashionalot.com and kindly include the following information:

  • Your order NO.
  • The item NO. of the products you want to return
  • The item barcode which is stick on the package, for example, P-8826543-1 or O-8832543-1
  • Quantity of each item
  • Photo of the products you want to return
  • Photo of the shipping label on the package fashionalot.com sent to you
  • Photo of the shipping label in the package you sent to fashionalot.com
  • Reason(s) for return
 

We will instruct you promptly where to return your product(s). Do not return to the sender. It is a must you contact us first before returning any items for a refund or replacement.

 

For Wrong /Damaged/Faulty Items RMA:

 

Return for Replacement:

 

1.   You may return most new within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. In such cases, we can refund the your return shipping cost to your account (Convert to gift certificate).

 

2.   You need to provide us a tracking number of the return package so we can create a replacement order in your account. The replacement order will be shipped out once the return package is received and the price difference, if any, is cleared.

 

For Dissatisfaction:

Return for Replacement:

1.   You may return most new within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. In such cases, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

2.   You need to provide us a tracking number of the return package so we can create a replacement order in your account. The replacement order will be shipped out once the return package is received and the price difference, if any, is cleared.

 

Return for Refund:

 

1.   You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs (in the form of store credits or gift cards) if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item). However, if you are returning as a result of subjective dissatisfaction or because you have ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will also have to charge a 15% restocking fee.

 

2.   A tracking number of the return package shall be provided at your earliest convenience. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (10 to 15 business days).

 

Additional Information:

fashionalot.com reserves the right to charge the handling fee for all returned products.

 

All the new return policy above does not apply to the return of the formal dress and fur clothing because each formal dress, fur clothing is unique which is customized according to the customer's size, and can not be sold to the other person if it is returned back.
